1. Items that are sold are not refundable or exchange
2. We need 2-3 working days to process your order after your full payment has been made. Once the stock is ready, we will send out the items to your home immediately
3. All the items are sold are NEW and the price of the items are FIXED according to the company

6. All items are send by singpost only
7. For customers who want to have self-collection , please take note:
- payment must be made thru bank transfer and no refund upon meet up
